This page sets out what Porter Ranch Fencing does with the information you share through this website. In short, we use it to answer your fencing request and quote your project, and nothing else. We do not sell it.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into the estimate form or tell us when you call or text. In practice that is your name and phone number, and, if you add them, your email, the street or area of the project in Porter Ranch, and a note about the fence you have in mind. Email and address are optional fields.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and prepare a written price.
• To schedule and carry out the on-site estimate and the fence work.
• To follow up about your project when you ask us to.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we never rent or sell them.

The estimate form

The form is handled on our own domain and arrives in our inbox as an email. Your details do not pass through an outside form or marketing platform. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes the request only to deliver it, and a hidden field screens automated spam without tracking you. We keep your request as long as we need it to serve you and for our records, then remove it.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and builds no profile on you. Should we add simple, privacy-respecting traffic counts later, we will revise this page to say exactly what is measured. There are no third-party ad trackers here.

Your choices

You may ask us to delete what you sent, or to stop contacting you, at any time. A call, text, or email is all it takes.
